These terms apply to the Pendli apps for iOS and Android, made by Marco Visin, Switzerland. By using Pendli you agree to them. On iOS, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.

The service
Pendli shows live public-transport departure information for stops you configure. Departure data comes from third-party public services (transport.opendata.ch and Transitous) and is provided as is: timetables and real-time delays can be wrong, late, or unavailable, and Pendli's live updates depend on network conditions, push delivery, and the availability of those services. Don't rely on Pendli as your only source for a connection you cannot afford to miss.
Free tier and Premium
Pendli is free for up to two stops with limited active-hours windows. Pendli Premium removes those limits and adds always-on and any-time monitoring. Premium is available as:
- A monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings; cancelling keeps Premium active until the period ends. Prices are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by country.
- A one-time lifetime unlock, which grants Premium permanently on the store account that bought it.
Payment is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.
Fair use
You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, or use it in a way that puts unreasonable load on the push backend or the public timetable services it relies on.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pendli is provided without warranties of any kind, and the developer is not liable for missed departures, incorrect timetable data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for Premium in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes and termination
The service may evolve, and features may change over time. These terms may be updated; the current version is always at this URL. If you don't agree with a change, stop using the app and cancel any active subscription.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
